Booking

How does MSK Flights work?

We search live flight inventory across 600+ airlines using our booking technology. You compare real-time fares, select your flight, add optional extras, and complete a secure checkout. Your booking details are confirmed by email.

Is MSK Flights an airline?

No. MSK Flights is an independent travel booking service. We are not an airline, not an airline-owned platform, and not affiliated with any specific airline.

How quickly will I receive my booking confirmation?

You will receive a booking acknowledgement by email immediately. Your full ticket confirmation, including airline PNR and ticket number, will follow by email within 4–24 hours after our internal review process is complete.

Can I book for other passengers?

Yes. You can book for family members, friends, or colleagues. Make sure passenger names exactly match the government-issued ID each person will use at the airport.

Baggage & Seats

How do I know what baggage is included?

Baggage allowances are shown on each flight card in the search results and on the checkout page. They are determined by the airline and fare type you select.

Can I add baggage after booking?

In some cases, yes. Contact us at [email protected] or (800) 245-3250 and we will check whether the airline allows post-booking baggage additions.

Can I select a seat?

Seat selection is available during checkout for eligible airlines and fare types via our ancillary selection tool. Not all airlines support pre-booking seat selection through our platform.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my flight after booking?

Changes depend on the fare rules of the ticket you purchased. Some fares are non-changeable. Contact us as soon as possible at (800) 245-3250 and we will check your options.

How do I cancel my booking?

Email [email protected] or call (800) 245-3250 with your booking reference and passenger name. We will check refund eligibility based on your fare type.

What is the 24-hour cancellation rule?

We will review cancellation requests made within 24 hours of purchase to determine whether your specific fare and itinerary qualifies. A request within 24 hours does not automatically guarantee a free cancellation.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely by Stripe. The charge may appear as MSK Flights or a travel payment partner on your statement.

Is it safe to enter my card details?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your card number on our servers.

Why did I see a charge before receiving my ticket?

An authorization may be placed on your card while your booking is being reviewed and ticketed. If the booking cannot be completed, the authorization is released.

Travel Requirements

Do I need a visa?

Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination country. We strongly recommend checking with the destination country's embassy or consulate and the airline before travel. MSK Flights is not responsible for denied boarding due to missing travel documents.

Where do I check in?

Check-in is completed directly with the airline — either online via the airline's website (typically opens 24–48 hours before departure) or at the airport check-in counter.
