MSK Flights is an independent travel booking service and is not an airline, airport, government agency, or official airline website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Booking process
Flight fares, schedules, seat availability, baggage options, fare rules, and ancillary services are sourced from airline systems, global distribution systems, and travel technology partners. Search results are informational until a booking order is created and confirmed. Prices are dynamic and may change before payment and order confirmation. A booking reference, airline confirmation, or order details will be sent to the passenger email address entered during checkout after the order is successfully finalized.
Some bookings may be placed into a short fraud or fare verification workflow before final ticket issuance. Submitting passenger information or payment details does not guarantee immediate ticket issuance. A booking is confirmed only when MSK Flights or the airline supplier issues a confirmation number, ticket number, or order confirmation.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for every passenger, including legal names exactly as shown on travel documents, dates of birth, gender where required, contact information, and any passport or identity details required by the airline or destination. MSK Flights is not responsible for airline denial of boarding, correction fees, rebooking costs, or cancellation losses caused by incorrect or incomplete passenger information.
Passenger responsibility
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, transit permissions, health documents, destination entry rules, airline check-in, baggage compliance, and arrival at the airport on time. International travel requirements can change without notice. Customers should verify all requirements directly with the airline, destination government, and transit authorities before travel.
Fare rules and changes
Fare conditions, change fees, cancellation rules, seat rules, baggage allowances, no-show rules, name correction rules, and refund eligibility are set by the operating airline and selected fare. Customers must review all fare conditions before purchase. Some fares are non-refundable, non-changeable, or restricted after ticketing.
Ancillary services
Seats, baggage, meals, priority boarding, and other extras are subject to airline availability and may be unavailable for some airlines, routes, cabins, or fare brands. Ancillaries may be non-refundable or non-changeable once confirmed. Airline seat maps and baggage options can change after booking due to aircraft swaps, operational changes, or airline policy updates.
Payment
Payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment processors or approved airline and travel payment partners. Card details are not stored on MSK Flights servers. Depending on the payment method approved for your transaction, the charge on your statement may appear as MSK Flights, the airline, or another disclosed travel payment processor. If a payment is authorized but the order cannot be completed, the authorization may be voided or refunded according to processor and bank timelines.
Service fees
MSK Flights may charge a service fee for booking assistance, ticketing support, changes, cancellations, exchanges, or post-booking servicing. Any applicable service fee will be disclosed before purchase where required. Service fees are generally non-refundable once service has been performed or a booking has been confirmed.
Limitation of liability
MSK Flights is not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, denied boarding, missed connections, baggage handling, aircraft changes, fare rule restrictions, government actions, weather events, force majeure events, or any event outside its reasonable control. Our role is limited to facilitating search, booking, and travel support services according to supplier rules.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute should first be directed to [email protected] or (800) 245-3250. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the state and federal courts located in Missouri, unless applicable consumer law requires a different forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
