Third-party flight booking help for Expedia, Booking.com, Priceline, and online travel agency tickets
If you booked a flight through a third-party travel website and now need a change, cancellation, refund, or replacement flight, the first step is figuring out who controls the ticket. Fos Travel Deals is independent and is not affiliated with Expedia, Booking.com, Priceline, or the airlines named in our guides.
Start with the seller that issued your itinerary
The company that collected payment usually controls refunds, billing questions, package bookings, and many cancellation workflows. The airline operating the flight may still help with same-day travel issues, schedule disruptions, seat assignments, and airport support once you have the airline confirmation code.
- Find the seller confirmation or itinerary number.
- Find the airline confirmation code, sometimes called a record locator.
- Check whether the booking includes hotel, car, insurance, or package components.
- Review whether your fare is refundable, changeable with a fare difference, or limited to travel credit.

Frequently asked questions
Can Fos Travel Deals cancel a flight I bought from another website?
No. If the ticket was purchased from another seller, that seller or the operating airline generally controls the original booking. Fos Travel Deals can provide general guidance and help you book a new flight through Fos Travel Deals if needed.
Should I call the airline or the online travel agency?
For refunds, payment, or package issues, start with the online travel agency. For airport, schedule disruption, seat, or day-of-travel issues, the operating airline may also be able to help with the airline confirmation code.
